Tomás un niño precoz, contaba en ese momento con 6 años ya vividos
y tantos los padres como los profesores resaltaban las habilidades del chico,
sin embargo a Tomás no le importaban todos estos elogios; su mente
estaba yendo de un lado para otro buscando siempre satisfacer sus inquietudes.
Muchas preguntas sin respuesta y buscando el momento oportuno para hacerlas.
Tomás encontraba que su madre era la más acertada o al menos sus respuestas
le dejaban con esa sensación de haber hallado la verdad. Aun así, la repetía
para sus profes y su padre, esto con el ánimo de quedarse con la que más le satisficiera.
Esta vez estaba intrigado con respecto a La Navidad, porque los años
anteriores sentía que se repetía lo mismo, solo cambiaban los regalos y
por eso quiso hacer la pregunta que consideraba crucial: ¿Por qué era tan importante
la Navidad? Y además ¿Por qué se regalaban cosas materiales? No negando que le
gustaban mucho pero como en el transcurso del año, también recibía regalos,
entonces pensaba que algo extraño escondía La Navidad.
No esperando mucho, una noche cualquiera Tomás se acera a su mami y
le hace la pregunta: Mami, dime ¿qué significa La Navidad? La mami no se
sorprendía, estaba acostumbrada a las preguntas especiales de su hijo Tomás y
se le ocurrió responderle que La Navidad era “la nave de la vida” porque en ella
venía el Niño Jesús para mostrarnos la importancia de lo que significaba Nacer
como ser humano y que la nave significaba el viaje que cada uno tenía que transitar
el tiempo que estuviera en la tierra.
Tomás quedo estupefacto (sorprendido, asombrado). Su mente comenzó a fabricar
imágenes de cómo se vería El Niño Jesús viajando en una nave y aterrizando en
el jardín de su casa. Nada que ver con la historia de la profe y El Portal de Belén y
las humildes pajas. Pensaba que la realidad era que estábamos en otra época y que
quizás El Niño si se animaría a llegar de esa forma. Pero ¿Cómo aterrizaría en cada casa?
Tenía que buscar un punto donde todos pudieran verlo al mismo tiempo y pensaba y
pensaba en esos lugares donde más se aglomeraba (reunía) la gente y se le ocurrió un
“estadio de futbol”, invitar a los mejores jugadores y así el estadio se llenaba y los demás
lo verían por la tele y entre estas reflexiones Tomás queda satisfecho y le dice a su mami
lo que había pensado y ella solo puede sonreír no reírse porque sabía que eso podía
no agradarle a Tomás.
La Nave de la Vida donde vendría este año el Niño Jesús, llegaría al estadio de fútbol,
seguro que al Niño Jesús le encantaría también el fútbol y todos los niños del planeta lo invitarían.
